• The prices are for 2 people staying in an apartment for one day
• Surcharge for each additional person 15,00 € per day
• Down payment is 30% of the accommodation price
• Arrival and departure daily
• Final cleaning: 40,00 Euro
• The apartments are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 3 p.m.

Cancellation policy:

• up to 90 days before holiday start: free of charge
• between 90 and 15 days before holiday start: 30% of cancellation fee
• between 15 and 0 days before holiday start: 70% of cancellation fee
